Enable Video Mesh to act as a Media Resource for Call Manager

Would love to be able to utilize Video Mesh nodes for adHoc bridging to
1. better utilize the nodes
2. simplify architecture
3. add features (like escalating desk phone call to a PMR to allow others to join via phone or Webex; also, recording)

Given the market dynamics, which one is higher priority - hosting it on Video Mesh Node or hosting it on Webex Meetings?
