Customers who want to move from Old video infrastructure to Webex its costs them more to schedule meetings for their meeting rooms.

Main Goal:
- Any user can reserve any Video meeting room to join or host video meeting.

From the old setup:
+ Customer can have 3000 users with 50 Telepresence room devices. Using TMS and CUCM they will need:
- 50 x TMS license for devices.
- 50 x CUCMTelepresence room licenses.
- 50 x PMP licenses

Using Webex:
+ Now they will need license for every user + devices:
- 3000 x Webex licenses.
- 50 x Room licenses.

The cost difference is huge when comparing the main goal of just using the Meeting Room to host a meeting.
