Refresh BAT Tool

Have a bulk import tool that actually works! The BAT tool only works on 32-bit Excel on Windows. It's about time that Cisco update that BAT tool so that it at least works on 64-bit Word.Even better, though, would be a BAT/CSV file generator that's built into CCMAdmin, so there is no need to have a third party app just to generate a CSV file.
