Display TFTP file details in CCMService

Make managing wallpapers ringtones etc. on the TFTP servers easier. In CMPlatform, there is the "TFTP File Management" option which can list files served by the TFTP process. It would be useful ifThis display also showed the size & timestamp of the file, It gave you the option to download the file. For one file, that's about doable (Albeit it still doesn't give you the timestamp of the file) It would be a much better UX if the webpage just showed the information.

You can download and view the file by going to URL:https://<tftserver_ip_or_hostname>:6970/CIPC.CNF.XMLWhen downloaded you can check file size etc.
