Restrict Access to Control group to "create and edit" route patterns or translations based on selected partitions only

I would believe many administrators would utilize this to give help desk for instance the ability to administrate route patterns or translations for a particular purpose without giving full access to all route patterns and partitions within a CUCM cluster./n/nI believe this granularity would be well received.. Currently today enabling Create and Modify rights to a specific Access Control Group for route patterns for instance, gives those members the ability to create and edit route patterns anywhere in the system. I see a clear purpose of being able to restrict that access to selected partitions only. This will allow permission to that group to administrate route patterns to a third party system such as faxing without giving them the ability to control outbound PSTN carrier route patterns for instance. Even leveraging Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning hasn't proven successful to provide this ability to do this task either.
