Make service discovery more apple-esque.

A lot of times when an employee wants a phone to "take home" for MRA use, its already been plugged in on premise at some point. When the employee gets home the phone will not work because it thinks its on premise. The employee needs to reset the service mode. I don't like that there are two service modes, it should just work. If it can't find the server cached after a while, it should expand the search! "It looks like you're not in the office, to register this phone elsewhere, enter your domain now."
