Endpoint - Meeting control

I would like to see the meeting control features from CMM integrated into the primary video endpoint (meeting initiator). The ability to mute/unmute & disconnect participents, change layout for all, lock meeting, promote to presenter (town hall) etc. without having to go through the CMM interface.
