CUCM/SME Disable SIP Trunks, Route Patterns, Route List, Route Groups, Voice Gateway, etc. like Expressway Disable Rules and Neighbor Zones

For Large Deployments like the customer that we work with, that have several CUCM Clusters and a Session Management Edition Cluster, it would make testing and troubleshooting much simpler if we had the ability to temporarily Disable SIP Trunks, Route Patterns, Route List, Route Groups, Voice Gateway, etc. like you can Disable Rules and Neighbor Zones on Cisco Expressway and Cisco VCS. This really comes into play when the customer is in an Air-Gap Environment and can't use cloud calling.
