Simplification for users. The user when uses productivity tools are confused as to why they have 2 options. Since the only way to start a meeting with a webex session is through Webex whereas a PMR can be setup by PIN code (through a video/audio callin) It makes things more streamlined.

I have a customer who does not want users to book a "webex". Instead, only to book their personal meeting room.The environment:- Customer is deploying webex for all employees- Customer also is deploying cisco endpoints in all boardrooms, enabling OBTP.- When using a OBTP you cannot start a Webex only meeting via PIN code. Whereas a PMR room can be started.- Customer wants the ability to remove the Schedule Webex Meeting for all users.- They are using the @webex function right now through CI. Think this is something that could be done or could redirect that a Schedule Webex Meeting to use the Personal Room Meeting?
