Hi,
At present, if you want to block any number or calls such as marketing calls or robo calls, an administrator need to perform configuration changes in CUCM or on gateways to block those numbers/calls which increases the administrative work. Is it not possible to provide a feature/privilege to an end user in the form of Softkey on IP Phone to block any number or call?
I think it'd be better to put the feature in the self care portal so as not to limit the feature to just 8800 phones. See https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WXCUST-I-4662
