Depending on the headset and the headset software/driver used, I have noticed some problems with the voice quality when calling with Webex Teams. This can be seen in the fact that the beginning of sentences is not heard or that the audio level sometimes becomes very low so that the speaker has to speak very loudly.
A slider to adjust or disable noise cancelling would be very helpful and would improve many audio problems for individual users.
Thanks for providing the feedback! Do you happen to have more details like which type of headset model used? That will help us route this to appropriate team members. Also, was there any TAC / support case created to troubleshoot the issue you mentioned?
