UCM User Portal Hunt Group Login/Logout

With the inability of Teams to have the ability to login/logout of HGs I suggest Cisco work to build into the UCM User Portal to have the ability to login/logout of HGs from there.

Most functions of forwarding, SNR, and the like are mostly available however HG login/logout is not.
