could be interesting but it is only a shortcut to a https and it's not what we need

We have delivered custom shortcuts - this allows IT Admins to configure upto 6 shortcuts. Is that the capability you are looking for or something different?

We use custom tabs for searchable web portal with click-to-call links. Going to Webex app will be a hardship for our users without this custom tab. This is also holding us up on migrating away from Jabber.

Really needed and important for us. We need to show Chief/Assistant Third-party supplier in Webex. Right now this users have to use Jabber, which is not good, because all other users use Webex.
