Meetings Site-Wide default for Entry and Exit Tone

Currently users set their entry tone preference from their personal preferences. It would be helpful for adminstrators to be able to set a site default option and then have personal preferences override the default, similar to how Auto-lock feature allows this override.

pls check if the current feature can satify the customer. And do we have specific customer requesting this feature?
