WAAS: Migrate the SOAP API to REST API

At present WAAS supports using SOAP to access the objects and statistics. Cisco on the other hand is making a large shift towards REST API.I would like to suggest supporting REST API with WAAS to allow for easier management and MACD of the entire platform, and to be in line with the rest of Cisco's modern platforms.
