Trigger a webhook when webhook becomes inactive i.e., when its active status becomes false. This might be useful where the applications are handling more than 100 customers hitting the webhook within 5 mins. And this innability currently is affecting the botlite platform where bots arent able to handle huge load of requests to the bot. If this feature can be enabled we can have a workaround of atleast seeing if I can recreate the webhook by making its status to active.
