OBTP Events are great, and a way to keep you on schedule for every meeting.

Noticing that OBTP events do not prompt a user who has the whiteboard/annotation feature running on the Desk Pro in personal mode. When we're lost in thought, we may just miss this event entirely.

I think it would be great if there was a message bubble that will briefly show and collapse into the lower tool bar, indicating that a meeting is about to start and have a green join button next to the sticky notes icon.

This prompt should show once at the 5 minute before mark and again at the start of the meeting.

No reason to be isolate from other events while using the Whiteboard/Annotation feature. And if so, let the Do No Disturb feature mask these events.
