When a host is to create an event on behalf of another person, they are required to manually change the content (=Host of the event) in the email templates to ensure it comes from the correct host of the meeting, and eventual replies are sent to the person hosting the meeting, not the one setting up the meeting.
Today you will have to do this work twice, both in HTML and Plain Text. The latter need to be done to ensure correct information in the included iCal-file.
I would suggest improving the template functionality and allow users to do these changes once, with effect on both html and plain text versions.
