Add the ability to disable the Webex Assistant meeting join audio

Having Webex Assistant announce its presence when a user is just starting to use the feature is fine. However, it loses its appeal if you're hosting dozens of meetings a day.

The end-user should have the ability to disable the "Webex assistant is enabled for ...." audio if they so chose.
