Looking for an update on this for cloud calling. We no longer utilize CUCM and Unity and are fully using cloud calling. Forwarding voicemails is cumbersome at best using the audio menu after calling into the voicemail system. Being able to forward voicemails to another user's extension or email address from the desktop app is a highly requested feature and one that users were accustomed to using Jabber and Unity. Please update on where this stands for cloud calling.

We need this for the cloud, as well. We no longer have UCM and your cloud calling customers need to be able to forward voicemails in the Webex App.

This is also badly needed on the cloud offerings. We don't have UCM, but still need calling features!

For UCM Calling, "Forwarding Voicemail" and "Reply Voicemail" will be in Q3 CY2023.

Please provide an update on when this feature addition is planned.

It is now 1/18/2023 - Still not available. I am so tired of Cisco promising things and then not delivering. In a time where MS Teams is making inroads on Webex clients, I would think Cisco would be interested in keeping their install base happy. Come on folks, this was available in Jabber! How about giving your customers what they need instead of what you think we "might" want.

This was set for 2021. We are almost at the end of 2022. Any further update for this?

There are a few of entries for this same request so the total number of requests to engineering is not being properly represented. It's not 27 votes, it's more like 75+ and one of the highest requested by this forum. There are quite a few people who are asking for this and the request is YEARS old with a plethora of sites and information on this request. How has this this not been addressed yet? If feedback channels are listened to then this should have some roadmap entry after 2+ years of being requested by the user community.

The few times you get an important voicemail nowadays, it is important to be able to forward it. The lack of basics like this are getting people to ask us to look at MS Teams. Please escalate this (and Alert when Available).

It is March 2022 and this feature is still not available although it was planned for 2021 according to the 28 May post. Is there an update on when this feature will be available???
