Raise Hand in breakout sessions

Allow participants to raise/lower a hand in breakout sessions in the same fashion as in the Main Meeting room.

Using Webex Meetings in an educational setting, we will routinely have breakout sessions with several students and a tutor. It would be nice for students to be able to raise their hand with a question or answer as they can in the Main Meeting room.
