Currently, the calling information in Analytics only breaks down call-in vs. callback, and doesn't mark between international calling vs. domestic. It's on me to dig through call data and determine whether a call was domestic/international or toll-free/toll. Request: Mark calling reporting to differentiate these categories similar to Telephony reports. I have several customers who need recurring Telephony reports from that system because they can't access it in the Control Hub.
Yes, I'd like to see this too. Better yet the same categories as we see in the raw detail report. FYI -OTT is for different types of Edge Audio connections. Which currently are all bundled into one number as well.
