Legacy support for older OS's

This will pertain more towards using Virtual Backgrounds. I realize the world and technology is ever evolving but some features are a must. Lately, Virtual Background is locking Webex up. Some due to using an older OS which Webex will state doesn't meet the minimum requirements. With everyone working from home some do not have the means to upgrade to meet the minimum requirements. All I hear is how "Zoom" and "MS Teams" doesn't have an issue.

I'd like to share that I am on Windows 7.. waiting for Win 10 (Hey.. my work is finally taking the plunge!) Virtual Backgrounds was working till I upgraded my webcam to a newer.. high resolution camera! Now.. the Desktop App states my system doesn't meet the minimum requirements. Weird.

BTW.. I have my own host accounts and the browser is not an option for me.
