Add Toggle to WebEx Room Kit Mini to give ability to turn on/off the USB pass-through from the Touch 10 Panel

The ability to leave a computer plugged into the USB Pass-Through in order to be able to use the camera and mic from the computer when needing to join zoom, teams, or skype meetings, but then be able to turn off the USB Pass-through to use the room kit's hard codec for WebEx meetings. Currently if you have the USB Pass-Through plugged in, it switches the mini to use the Pass-Through and you have to physically unplug the USB cable to switch back to the codec. We have mini-computers mounted behind our displays on the wall making it hard to plug and unplug the USB cable every time we want to use the USB Pass-Through. So a soft switch to turn on/off the USB Pass-Through port on the Room Kit Mini Touch 10 panel would take care of that.
