Restricting Q&A privileges to attendees in WebEx Training

In WebEx Training, we are having a difficulty in Q&A session like Attendees posting their Qs on different options, for example, to host, individual panelist, and presenter. While we refer only to "All Panelist" section, we miss the Qs posted to others. It creates lots of confusion among the person who picks the Q to answer. So, we wish to have restrictions to Q&A section too as in the case of Chat & Breakout sessions. Screenshot attached to show the example on how WebEx has the option for Chat. If such option is given to Q&A too, then we will have control on Qs being posted to others which we don't notice. Note: The attached option can be found from the sub-menu "Assign Privileges" of the "Participants" menu when the Training session is in progress.
