Pre-Assign Webex Meetings Breakouts with WEC

It's great that Pre-Assign is rolling out to breakouts, however - using this feature requires that invidual users are invited into the meeting. If an instructor using the WEC is relying on the attednance options they will have mixed results.

The WEC only tracks user attendance if the meeting is joined via the link in the LMS using the WEC. Joining via a direct webex.com link will not record their attendance.

The mechanism inside of the WEC that tracks attendence inside of the LMS requires that the users click the join link inside of the LMS - which is connected to the WEC.

In order to pre-assign breakouts, users have to be invited to the meeting directly outside of the LMS. If users follow those join links and NOT the join links in the LMS their attendance inside of the WEC for grading purposes is not properly tracked.
