Web UI: Stop notifications from popping up over text input

In the web UI, the notification elements pop up over the right side of the text input window, which means I need to dismiss them all (individually, because bad UX) to see what I'm typing.

    This is an excellent suggestion, and it appears to affect the Desktop client as well as Web. I'll discuss with the team the feasibility of this.
