I want to be able control how many people can sign up for a meeting link- or create a password protected Guest List for training event

If I sell an online training event ticket to a head teacher and send her a link to my meeting/training event, he or she can share that link with as many teachers as she wants and they can all access the meeting.

I want to be able to control this, and control who can enter my meeting.

I want there to be a minimum number who can log on with each link- ie have an email or password embedded in the link-

or a guest list, so that people have to tick off their name to be allowed in- maybe they set their own password to get in on purchasing...
