Webex Recording Reminders and Deletion

Have Webex Meetings recordings be set to retain for a set timeframe (By the administrator) and at expiration rather than delete the recording, notify user it is at retention date, have them sign in and decide to keep it or remove it. If the user does not take action within a set period of time, the item is deleted. This would allow for better data compliance while still meeting business needs for long term records.

    Huge issue in our organization. User forget that recordings are auto deleted.

    I have thought it would be more useful to have options at the time of recording to have the user specify the desired duration. If this is a weekly team meeting for instance, and you want to record in case someone is unable to attend, then they could specify a short term (30 days). If it's a recording that need to be retained long term, say for training, they could specify long term (12 months).
