This has already been applied and should be marked by the Cisco team as such. Personally, I believe that the multiple hand colors is the wrong direction to go. A color can identify a person's race and create a possible bias. Why not go with one generic color such as blue or green.

getting many requests for skin tones in webex meetings, beating the competition with this one would be nice.
