As a global solution we are facing the issue of multiple users defaulting to a time zone that is incorrect for their location, resulting in their bookings showing a different intended time, causing daily confusion between multiple teams.
Whilst Directory Connector has been recommended, no parameters are specified by Cisco to sync with within AD in order to achieve this.
Any solution to automate these values instead of doing a regular mass .csv import whenever a new group of users are added to the company would be greatly appreciated.
