According to several Webex documents (e.g. https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/1dxssb/Select-video-settings-for-Webex-Meetings-and-Webex-Webinars) NVidia GPUs (and AMD for that matter) are not supported for Webex, only Intel GPUs. Not sure why this restriction. The Nvidia GPU is much more powerful and has its own memory allocated. I ran across this a couple of years ago and thought Cisco would have done something about it by now. Any insight on this would be helpful.

What other types of Windows PC will not support "hardware acceleration for video"? Celeron, core i3, i5, i7?
