Webex Meetings invite is not user friendly

Webex Meetings invite is not user friendly through productivity tool

You cannot edit the invite - it is populated on send. Eg I can't remove the phone numbers not required or simplify it for those that are not so IT savvy..

You get the two lines which say do not edit text below this line then hit send - every other platform populates the meeting details when you click the addin.

The process of adding the invitation needs to change
