Outlook appends meeting join details to the bottom of the meeting invite when replying to an email with a meeting

In Outlook, clicking on "reply all with meeting" to an existing email thread. When customer select the option to add a Webex Meeting to that it inserts the meeting join details at the bottom of the email and not at the top or (more logically) where the cursor is.

It is more senses to appear in the top of the thread and that make the users able to use in easy way, specially for long thread

    Admin response

Inserting something at the beginning would require us to recreate the entire meeting description (body). By appending to the bottom we do not touch the text, html, rtf above and there is no potential for us to not re-write what was already in the meeting body.

Our real goal is that you have a Join button directly in the UI of Outlook for a Webex meeting as well as in the Webex app.

    Hi,

This must be considered and implemented, its difficult to explain to customer that your invitation details in the bottom of the mail and mail thread is too long.

I have had multiple customers report that Zoom and Microsoft Teams put the link at the top of the meeting invite and they would like it for Webex to function the same way.

    Hello,

I also have this problem at the company I work for, users complain when they enter a meeting in a sent email topic and the meeting link is added at the end of the emails and not at the beginning as the insertion of any comments should to be.

Agreed this small tweak would make a big improvement. Too many people do not call into meetings because it's a mile down at the bottom of the email string...that's like having email new email replies appear at the bottom.

This is very inconvenietn especially when a user has a very long thread, and the webex meeting details is inserted at the very borttom on the thread. Eventully, the user is not able to fogure out where the meetign information is. Competitors like Zoom and MS teams have no such limitations.
