Teams does instant messaging and also allows to start a video-meeting with all members of a space by clicking the green "meet" - button.

It may be useful for international teams to see the local time of each space-member - perhaps in the "People"-View?
Perhaps also add icons to visualize the time? (sunrise, sun, lunch, afternoon, sunset, night)

Just make sure, that this time-display is shown in the correct hour-format of the user:
show me (Europe) the list in 24hr format while US-Members of the space see the same list in 12hr style.

What if a user sends contradictory info about his location=timezone (e.g. Teams-APP on Smartphone vs. Teams-Client on Notebook) ?
Use the timezone-info that has most recently changed since Smartphones may do this automatically when connecting to a roaming provider
while Computer Operating-Systems may need manual change since the careful IT-Dept. may have de-activated the location services/ -sensors...
