I also find it very frustrating that this is not configurable "on the fly", as this is the only place that I use a 12 hour clock ... please WebEx fix this.
I would also ask that users be allowed to change their name/label after they have joined a meeting ... it's such a basic requirement in all the online environments that I work, and these simple configuration tasks make all the difference to the user experience.

Hi Rachel, setting it dynamically rather than WEC universally would be fine with me. It's a frustration users report to me when jumping between WEC and the org site.

Hi Roray,
Thanks for the idea! The setting for time display varies by Webex site. So, for some Webex sites, it does display AM/PM. We may consider having the setting reflect dynamically in the future, but will likely not change to a 24 hour format within the WEC universally.
