Allow CMS conference entry tones for audio-only participants to overlay

Currently, when you are in a coSpace as an audio-only participants and you have entry tones enabled, the tones get played as a separate audio stream which will cut off a speaker. In MeetingPlace these prompts were played over the speaker so you could hear both. Need to be able to replicate this functionality.
