Customizable Location field within Meeting Templates

We've received several requests for the ability to update the Location field for [Outlook] meetings to be able to include the meeting URL (%MeetingInfoURL%) - this heavily benefits mobile users who use their iOS calendar as a starting point to join meetings without needing to know the video conferencing platform.

Oh sorry, I meant 1:1 on the Webex app or email.

We have a Outlook Scheduler Add-in and the older injection plug-in Productivity Tools (plug-in). Both work in on-prem and cloud environments (but need to be configured as desired). The meeting join URL addition to the location field is something done by the Outlook Scheduler Add-in that should appear for both cloud and on-prem. If you see something different, let us know and we'll update the documentation or get the issue fixed. Keshav, to my knowledge adding the Webex Meeting URL to the location field is only supported with the Office 365 Outlook plugin, not the on-prem Outlook one. I don't see a way to 1:1 on this platform, but if you can point me to some documentation, I'd appreciate it.

On-prem should be supported as well - have you tested directly? Feel free to 1:1 with specifics

This doesn’t exist for on-premise exchange yet. Is that coming?
