Allow renaming of call-in attendees

We're using Webex Events to hold local government Council meetings, and have the public Webex or dial in.

Attendees can add themselves to the speaker list by raising their hands, and the host uses the ordered list of attendees with raised hands to call on them to speak / unmute them. Unfortunately, dial-in speakers are not uniquely identified as most local callers are from one of three or four exchanges.

It would be useful in tracking dial-in speakers if we could rename them in the Attendee list once they have stated their name.
