Allow post-meeting link to be validated, bypass scary "external site" warning

The current warning that attendees receive when being redirected to an external link following an event is offputting, leading the attendees to believe the destination link is dangerous or insecure.

It would be nice if there were some way to have Cisco "trust" certain links and bypass this warning.
