As a participant, the "Leave Meeting" button shows while exiting a meeting or similar for an event. When as a Host/Cohost, an additional "End Meeting for all" button is added, however, the end meeting for all button is a more unique colour and takes up the space of the "Leave Meeting" option.
This means that if someone is used to being a Participant and are used to Leaving meetings, but are given a cohost role, their default muscle memory will automatically "End meeting for all" instead of just "leaving meeting". This is a latent threat that meetings can be accidentally shut down when people are sometimes participants and sometimes cohosts. (A confirmation message could help with ensure we don't accidentally "End meeting for all". This confirmation message isn't available on iPad)
