We'd like the ability to download Webex

We'd like the ability to download Webex cloud recordings that retain edits made within the Webex player. Additionally, the VTT file associated with those edits would reflect the modified timeline.

In other words, if we record a video that's 10 minutes in length and then trim away the first 2 minutes, the downloaded MP4 file is still 10 minutes in length, and the associated VTT file for the captions reflects the full 10 minutes. Ideally, we would have an MP4 that's 8 minutes and a VTT with timestamps that reflect the edited version.
