Webex / SX / DX / Series (CE software) - clicking Unmute in CMM does not produce audio from CE endpoint

Cisco Meeting Management administrators should be able to start the audio from CE endpoints. In a large forum conference, it is nonsense for users to have to manually unmute their microphones. If I click a button literally labelled 'UNMUTE' in CMM, I expect audio. Putting a message on the screen for a user to manually unmute is not good enough, nor practical. A similar issue has also been identified in the Webex Teams portion of this community, with many correlating justifications. Video Operators and Administrators need control over their meetings - and that includes participants.
