customer want a notification to be sent to an Admin account when a Compliance officer role is assigned to a user from control hub

Hi, can you please elaborate the steps about how to assign a user when a Compliance officer role is assigned to a user? It can help me find the approporiate person to clarify. I did talk around and it looks nobody knows it around myself. thanks.

Someone has changed the status with the same request on Sales Feedback COLLAB-I-10370 to "Already Exist"
However, it is not indicated where you can set this, so if anyone knows, please let me know.
