Active Speaker Chart under Troubleshooting section in Control Hub

The customer would like to have the Active Speaker Chart for VoIP and PSTN users as shown to the TAC team in MATS to troubleshoot audio issues. The customer would like to have included in Control Hub -> Troubleshooting Section.
