Admin webhooks

Customers would like to be able to act on room/space creation events to enforce capabilities currently unavailable on the platform. Current webhooks only post on events related to that specific user. For example, we'd love to see an admin/compliance officer level webhook that could alert on ALL room creations.

    What are these customers trying to do with the org wide webhooks? And what role do they typically have? Are these compliance officers or admin's that want to do it?
