WebEx Meetings Reaction Emoji - disable feature during meeting setup

The new Reaction Emoji feature poses problems in classroom usage using recurring meetings. At this point, our instructors have to manually disable the feature at the beginning of every class. Please add an option for hosts to disable this feature when the meeting is created and in their Personal Meeting Room Preferences.
