Capability to set a status update for more than 7 days

We would love to be able to have a static status message (to provide a representative's backup information) for more than 7 days (indefinitely if possible). Currently you can only set your status for 7 days.

    Adding a month picker would help as well. You may be on FMLA or vacation for a few weeks and selecting a date you come back would be nice.

    This would be extremely helpful! It's a pain to have to re-enter our back-up's information every week.
