    Admin response

Does inactive mean deleted? How do we know if a user is inactive or not? Could you please describe a use case for where this would happen?

In our case, the user is moved to another OU and therefore the user can no longer be found in Control Hub...

To the ADMIN RESPONSE, when you have a user that is inactive or deleted you see a red light beside the account in control hub stating it is inactive. If the user is deleted they are no longer in control hub.

This can also apply to orphaned meetings for Deleted user accounts. We use AD Sync and once a user leaves, their account is removed, but the meetings are not. We currently have to provide the meeting number to support and open a ticket for each one. Site Admins cannot delete these meetings.

Same issue here, we have users on medical leave, and we have no way to cancel their reoccurring meetings.

In our environment, we have had Users who have went on maternity leave and as such we have only disabled their AD account. We could not make any changes to their recurring meetings in the meantime, and anyone who had previously been invited to the recurring Webex meetings from that User would continue to receive meeting notifications for this meeting as they cannot remove it from their own Webex calendar (the meeting was set up in Outlook). There are more use cases that I can provide if you'd like.
