Webex CC - Real Time Agent Coloured Status Change

Real Time Agent Status report should change colour depending on status similar to CUIC, i.e Red for Unavailable, Green for Available and Orange ofr IN Call/Wrap Up - This will alow supervisor who managing the call centre to easily see agent status
